The Gilbert Elementary and Intermediate students will take part in a Homecoming pep rally at Tiger Stadium on Wednesday at 10:15 a.m.

Jostens will be at Gilbert High School on several dates in September to meet with seniors and sophomores. The schedule will be as follows:

Tuesday, Sept. 20

10:45 a.m. – All seniors will meet in the auditorium for the graduation announcement presentation.

11:10 a.m. – All sophomores will meet in the auditorium for the letter jacket and class ring presentation.

Thursday, Sept. 29

10:55 a.m. – 1 p.m. – Graduation announcement, letter jacket, and class ring order day in the lunchroom.

SENIORS, PLEASE NOTE: Mrs. Davis in the office will order all graduation caps, gowns, and tassels. Please see her if you have any questions.

Jostens will be at Gilbert High School on Tuesday, Aug. 30, to host its Senior Challenge Leadership Conference for all seniors from 12:30-3 p.m. in the Auditorium.

It’s that time of year again! It’s time for Iowa’s Best Country, KIX 101.1 & Central Office Supply, a division of Minute Man, in Marshalltown to team up & PACK THE BACKPACK for area teachers!

Don’t forget to remind ALL your teachers, parents & even students to nominate those teachers who go above & beyond to help out their students, classrooms, other teachers, or the entire school! Every month we will pick one teacher & that teacher will receive $101 in school supplies of their choice from Central Office Supply!
