P3 Campus: Anonymous Reporting

If you see something, say something. And the way to do that is through P3 Campus.

The safety and security of our students and staff is of the utmost importance at Gilbert Schools, which is why we have partnered with P3 Campus.

What Is P3 Campus?

P3 Campus is an ANONYMOUS tip reporting solution designed specifically for the educational community and is a vital tool in keeping schools and students safe. All tips reported through P3 Campus are monitored by the Story County Sheriff’s Office.

If you see something or hear something that you feel could pose a threat to you or other individuals, you are encouraged to report it immediately.

Student Assistance Program

All of our students at Gilbert Schools have access to the Student Assistance Program (SAP), which provides free and confidential sessions with counselors.

The SAP program is designed for assessment, counseling and referral. The counselors help explore issues and assist students to work through them, offering coping skills as well as recommendations and referrals for services outside of the SAP sessions.

How Can You Utilize The SAP?

Students can chat with counselors by calling 515-244-6090, or by downloading the Employee & Family Resources app (search “EFR”).
