Holiday Giving Program

Hello Gilbert Families,

I am thrilled that we will once again be offering our winter holiday giving program. If your family is experiencing financial hardship, we are able to discreetly give support by providing gifts for your school-aged children. We work with the local Boy Scouts, sports teams, and individual families to coordinate donations.

If you are in need of this support, please fill out the following form: Holiday Support 2023. If for any reason you are unable to fill out the form or you have additional questions, please reach out to Mel Woodin at

Please have the form submitted by Friday, Nov 10th.

If you are interested in donating to help our families, please email Mel Woodin at

Thank you!

Welcome to Gilbert Elementary School

Every Student Every Day is the mission of Gilbert Elementary. Our staff serves 390 students in preschool-2nd grade. A strong curriculum emphasis is placed on early literacy, problem solving and STEM at Gilbert Elementary. We are dedicated to making our school a place where all students, staff and families can learn and grow together.  High levels of parent involvement and small group instruction are what make the elementary a special place for our students and families. Along with our accredited preschool program, the district supports low class sizes, which allows for the success of Every Student, Every Day.
