FAB fundRISER Campaign a Success

Thank you for your support of the Gilbert Fine Arts Boosters’ K-12 Music Program fundRISER campaign!

The Fine Arts Boosters are proud to announce that thanks to support from the district, the PTO, The Gilbert Education Foundation, and many generous donors like you, we have officially met our goal of raising $60,000 for new acoustic shells and risers!

Mr. Stutzman has placed the order and the risers and shells should be here for our first fall concert. It is truly amazing how this community shows up to support our students and the fine arts programs.

A special thank you to the Weyderts and McKilligans for their generous contributions. THANK YOU!

Welcome to Gilbert High School

At Gilbert High School, we are dedicated to supporting Every Student, Every Day. Our staff currently serves over 540 students in grades 9-12. Gilbert’s growing district seeks to offer outstanding programs and learning opportunities while maintaining a small-school culture. Modern facilities, a one-to-one laptop initiative, an emphasis on project-based learning and many school-sponsored clubs make GHS a great place to go to school. GHS was awarded the 2014 Blue Ribbon Schools Award by the United States Department of Education and received an exceptional rating on the new Iowa Report Card. Only 1% of high schools in Iowa received this high of a rating. At GHS, we believe focusing on Every Student, Every Day is the key to our success.

Cindy Bassett
