Enrollment & Registration
Welcome to Gilbert
Every Student. Every Day.
We’re thrilled to welcome your student(s) and family, and thank you for giving us the opportunity to help your child learn, grow, and achieve success!
Gilbert Schools’ Online Registration/Renewal for the 2023-24 school year is open.
All families of current students must renew their student’s information each year. This annual renewal is accessed via the Infinite Campus Parent Portal. Once in the portal, go to “More,” followed by “Online Registration.”
It’s important that you complete this update so that we have your student’s most recent emergency contact and health information. Please complete this prior to the start of classes in the fall.
You may pay your school fees via the parent portal at the end of July. If you do not have access to the parent portal, or you have forgotten your password, please contact the Gilbert District Office at 515-232-3740.
Existing families may also add a new student via the parent portal.
New families can complete their online registration by visiting the following link HERE.
