Enrollment and Registration Changes for 2019-20

Beginning with the 2019-20 school year, Gilbert will be implementing a new online enrollment process.  Enrollment is a one time process completed for new students to the district.  There will no longer be paper enrollment forms to complete – everything will be done online.  Detailed instructions will be found under Enrollment & Registration on our Gilbert Schools website as we get closer to implementation.  The process should be ready around the 1st of June.

E-Registration – which is the current annual registration process for returning students will be replaced with Annual Re-Registration.  It will appear in the PowerSchool parent portal just like E-Registration does today.  It will work basically the same way as E-Registration, it will just look a little different to the user.  This will capture any information updates that need to be made in our student information system (PowerSchool).  This process should be available around August 1st and more information will be sent to parents as the time gets closer.
