 Meeting:  Our next meeting is scheduled for Monday, February 6 at 7:00 pm at Gilbert Middle School Library.  Free childcare will be provided.

Mileage Club:  This program is sponsored by Mary Greeley Medical Center and organized by Gilbert PTO volunteers at the Gilbert Elementary and Intermediate Schools.  We are currently in need of a coordinator for the Elementary School.  Please understand if we do not find a coordinator, we will not be able to participate in Mileage Club at the Elementary School!  If you would like to volunteer, please send us an email ASAP!  If it’s the time commitment you’re worried about, find a friend (or 2 or 3) to work with!

Yearbooks:  We will be collecting Gilbert Elementary and Intermediate School yearbooks orders until Friday, March 10, 2017.  Place your order through RevTrak: https://gilbert.revtrak.net/tek9.asp?pg=products&grp=5.  Don’t remember if you already ordered a yearbook this school year?  Log into your RevTrak Account, click “My RevTrak Account”, click “Order History” and look at your previous orders; or you can email us.

If you have any pictures from the Elementary or Intermediate schools you’d be willing to share for the yearbooks, please email us and we will get you in contact with the yearbook coordinator.

Shirt Orders:  Thank you to everyone who participated in our shirt order sales in December!  This was a great fundraiser for us!  We are hoping to do another round of shirts in the spring.  We have a few shirts left from our December order; please email us if you’re interested.  A big thanks to Molly Neal-Wong and Destiny Lempiainen for their hard work on this fundraiser!
