Hello Gilbert Families,

I am thrilled that we will once again be offering our winter holiday giving program. If your family is experiencing financial hardship, we are able to discreetly give support by providing gifts for your school-aged children. We work with the local Boy Scouts, sports teams, and individual families to coordinate donations.

Parent-Teacher Conferences in all of our buildings will take place on Thursday, Nov. 16, and Monday, Nov. 20.

Starting on Friday, Nov. 3, families will be able to go online to sign up for a specific day and time slot for conferences. We will send out a message to all district families on Nov. 3 with the link to sign up.

Gilbert Schools has plenty of activities for our students throughout Homecoming Week. They include:

•Monday: High School Kickoff Pep Rally – 2:30 p.m.
•Tuesday: High School Intramurals – 2:05 p.m.
•Thursday: High School Powderpuff Football Semifinals – 2:05 p.m.
•Thursday: Homecoming Parade – 5:30 p.m.
•Friday: Elementary/Intermediate Pep Rally at Tiger Stadium – 10:30 a.m.
•Friday: Middle School Flag Football and Middleball Tournaments – 12:30 p.m.
•Friday: High School Powderpuff Football Championship and Pep Rally – 2:05 p.m.
•Friday: Homecoming game vs. Des Moines Hoover at Tiger Stadium – 7:30 p.m.
