The online sign-up for Fall Parent-Teacher Conferences is now open. Please click HERE to go to the sign-up site.

Fall conferences will be held on Thursday, Nov. 16, and Monday, Nov. 20 at our elementary, intermediate, middle school, and high school buildings. Conferences will be held at the following times:

•Thursday, Nov. 16: Elementary, Intermediate, Middle School — 1-7 p.m.

•Thursday, Nov. 16: High School — 3:30-7 p.m.

•Monday, Nov. 20: Elementary, Intermediate, Middle School — 1-7 p.m.

•Monday, Nov. 20: High School — 3:30-7 p.m.

All conferences are in person. If a teacher’s name is not displayed, he or she is not available on that date.

Middle school parents: Most time slots between 5 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. on Monday, Nov. 20 are reserved for group conferences by invitation only. Parents will be notified if a group conference is requested.

Signing up for conferences is relatively simple. The following instructions should help you to navigate the online form.

1. Go to www.myconferencetime.com/gilbert.
2. Find and click on the name of your child’s teacher.
3. Select your preferred date and time.
4. Enter required information (your email address is not required, but if you enter one, you will receive an email confirmation).
5. Click “sign up for your conference” near the bottom of the screen.

MyConferenceTime will be closed for entry/changes at the end of the day on Sunday, Nov. 12. If you have changes after that date, you will need to contact your student’s teacher directly.

Please note: If your child works with a special education teacher or the talented and gifted teacher, please sign up for conferences with that teacher in addition to your child’s homeroom teacher.

Hello Gilbert Families,

I am thrilled that we will once again be offering our winter holiday giving program. If your family is experiencing financial hardship, we are able to discreetly give support by providing gifts for your school-aged children. We work with the local Boy Scouts, sports teams, and individual families to coordinate donations.

Parent-Teacher Conferences in all of our buildings will take place on Thursday, Nov. 16, and Monday, Nov. 20.

Starting on Friday, Nov. 3, families will be able to go online to sign up for a specific day and time slot for conferences. We will send out a message to all district families on Nov. 3 with the link to sign up.

•Friday: Middle School Flag Football and Middleball Tournaments – 12:30 p.m.
•Friday: High School Powderpuff Football Championship and Pep Rally – 2:05 p.m.
•Friday: Homecoming game vs. Des Moines Hoover at Tiger Stadium – 7:30 p.m.
