Athletics Registration
All athletes must register for the upcoming school year and upload a current physical. This is required before students can participate in practices.
New Sports Registration with Bound for the 2024-25 school year is now open

Athletic Physical Form
This form is to be signed by a physician and parent/guardian and lasts for 13 months. Please upload only page 4 of this form when you register for athletics.
