Welcome to the Gilbert Elementary Library!
Our library is a wonderful place for instilling a love of reading, creating, and inspiring life-long learning!
Library Hours: 8:15-3:05
Looking for opportunities to volunteer? Our library is always looking for people to help shelve books, set up our book fairs, create bulletin boards, and so much more! If you are interested, contact your school librarian for more information!
Overdue Books: At Gilbert Elementary, we believe that there should be no limit to reading, so students are able to check-out as many books as they would like! If a book is lost, there will be no over-due fine as long as it is returned by the end of the school year.

Birthday Book Club: At Gilbert Elementary, our students have the opportunity to participate in a Birthday Book Club! With a donation of $5 or more, students will be able to select their very own book for the Elementary Library on their birthday. The special birthday boy/birthday girl will be able to check out the book first. When it is returned, their friends will be able to check out that book too!
* To participate, print and fill out the Birthday Book Club Form and bring it to your classroom teacher!
