Description
- Meet monthly with the District Leadership team.
- Topics for the team’s agenda may include Portrait of a Graduate and professional development.
- Members will have commitments beyond the once-a-month meeting
- Trial Portrait of a Graduate student rubrics
- Presenting ideas to teams
- Embody the Portrait of a Graduate Philosophy
- Advance the Portrait of a Graduate work throughout the district
- Reading of assigned book along with reflections
- Members of this team may hold another position within the Teacher Leadership System.
- This team may have homework outside of the workday to support the stipend.
- Members of the team may hold another position within the Teacher Leadership System.
- Participate in leadership and content-specific professional development training as needed.
- Participate in the development of a school-wide culture that promotes professional growth and student learning.
*Stipend is an addition to the teacher’s base salary as according to the District Salary Schedule
